What the customer wanted
- Fix the upstairs rooms that never held setpoint after 3pm

How we approached it
The homeowner had two quotes for replacement windows and neither made financial sense for what was fundamentally a solar-gain problem, not a leaky-window problem.
We filmed the west and southwest glass in a single day for a fraction of the replacement quote. The comfort change was immediate; the utility change showed up over the following summer.

- Solar heat gain through the treated glass cut substantially
- Upstairs temperature difference from the rest of the house largely eliminated
