What the customer wanted
- Slow down after-hours smash-and-grab entry
- Reduce heat and glare on a west-facing sales floor
- Keep full merchandising visibility from the street
How we approached it
The owner had already been hit once. Replacement glass and a lost weekend of sales cost far more than hardening the glazing would have.
We used a combination solar-security film with a structural attachment at the frame, which is what turns a one-second breach into a prolonged, loud, visible attack that most opportunistic intruders abandon.
