One shop, one crew, one address: 5523 FM 1488 Rd, Suite B, Magnolia, TX 77354. Everything in Montgomery County is core service area with no travel surcharge, and residential and commercial film is always installed on site.
Each city here has its own pattern of work, which is worth knowing before you book.
Magnolia 77354 & 77355 — Home Base
Trucks and daily drivers off the FM 1488 corridor, plus solar and security film for shops downtown and homes in Lake Windcrest and Magnolia Reserve. Same-day tint drop-offs most weeks.
The Woodlands — EVs, Luxury and Office Glass
About 20 minutes east. Clear ceramic and paint protection film for Teslas and luxury cars, low-reflectivity residential film that satisfies village guidelines, and after-hours commercial installs along Research Forest and Lake Woodlands Drive.
Conroe — Commercial Growth and I-45 Commuters
About 25 minutes northeast. New medical and retail glass off Loop 336 takes solar and low-E film; commuter vehicles take ceramic tint plus clear windshield film for the daily I-45 run.
Montgomery & Lake Conroe — Water-Facing Glass
About 20 minutes northwest on FM 149. Water reflection roughly doubles the solar load on lakefront glass in Bentwater, Walden, April Sound and Grand Harbor, so spectrally selective film is the standard answer. Tow vehicles get ceramic tint and partial-front PPF.
Willis & the North Shore
About 35 minutes up I-45. Seven Coves and Corinthian Point waterfront homes, plus trucks and boats that live outside year-round and benefit most from ceramic tint with a coating.
Pinehurst, Stagecoach, Tomball and Spring
Under 10 minutes for Pinehurst and Stagecoach, about 20 for Tomball down FM 2920, and about 30 for Spring. Heavy on work-truck fleets, old purple film removal and family SUVs.
